Strategy Dynamics Ltd keeps minimal information that is used to provide information on your orders and does not collect personal information that is not explicitly requested, with the exception of your IP address which is collected via normal web-logging processes.

What personal data is collected and why

We collect your name, email address and country for basic registrations. This information is used to fulfil requests and orders and provide relevant services to you.

For some of our services (e.g. Teacher registration) we collect additional information on your organisation and position to verify your status.

If you make a purchase or buy a subscription we will also collect your address details. Payment information is passed to designated third parties in order to process your payments.

If you subscribe to email communications your name, email and country are also passed to a marketing platform in order to facilitate our communications.

If you communicate wuth us outside of our websites your contact information may also be retained in email systems and CRM systems.

All third parties who act as data processors for Strategy Dynamics are confirmed as working to GDPR rules.

Your Data, Your Rights

Under the GDPR regulations, from May 25 2018 the following rights are in force.

Right to rectification: In your account settings some items can be changed directly. You can also contact us to request edits or rectification of your information.

Right to be forgotten: You can send us a request to erase all your data, which we will complete within 30 days.

Right to portability: Upon request, we will export your personal data in machine readable format.

Right to object: You can unsubscribe at any time to any specific use of your information (newsletter, automatic emails, etc.) by using the links provided on automated emails..

Right of access: You can contact us at any time to access and modify any of your personal data.

If at any time you wish to amend your details or excercise any of the above rights please contact us. If requesting an update please include your old and new contact information so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
